The 6′ x 6′ Shire Jailhouse Kids Wooden Playhouse (1.79m x 1.79m) can be used as a stable, sheriff’s office, general store and more – the only real limit is a child’s imagination.Made in the UK from premium 12mm shiplap cladding, on a 34mm frame, this wooden Wendy house comes with a top-quality 12mm tongue and groove floor plus 12mm tongue and groove roof, ensuring outstanding strength and durability. The roof is fitted with a weatherproof felt cover to keep out the rain.The stable-style door and windows are made using traditional, skilled joinery. The former is accessed via a small veranda. It is fitted with a window, handle and roller catch, providing safe and easy access to the interior. Once inside, the 2 additional windows offer lots of natural light. Like the partially-glazed door, they feature wooden bars, in keeping with the jailhouse theme. The glazing is made from shatterproof styrene, which is far tougher and safer than conventional glass.This wooden garden playhouse fully complies with BS EN 71 (CE) safety standards. All of the wood is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is dip treated and supplied with an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as an additional 1-year parts guarantee. Both guarantees are dependent on following the manufacturer’s guidelines relating to assembly, usage and retreatment.Instructions and an installation kit are included for a straightforward assembly.Please note that the dip-treatment process means that this children’s playhouse is delivered in a honey-brown timber colour.
