The apex roof includes a log-cabin-style overhang and is fitted with a weatherproof felt cover to keep out the rain. Decorative bargeboards and 2 diamond-shaped finials round off a very attractive appearance.The partially-glazed door and windows are made using traditional, skilled joinery. The former is fitted with a roller catch, daisy-design ring handle and full-length safety hinge, so provides safe and easy access to the interior. Once inside, the 2 opening windows offer lots of natural light and ventilation. All of the glazing is made from shatterproof styrene, which is far tougher and safer than conventional glass. Two small air vents are included too.This wooden garden playhouse fully complies with BS EN 71 (CE) safety standards. All of the wood is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is dip treated and supplied with an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as an additional 1-year parts guarantee.
